A Workshop/Seminar On Procedures/Requirements For Admission Into Tertiary Institutions For SSS3 3 Students Held

A Workshop/Seminar on procedures/requirements into tertiary institutions was conducted for the SSS 3 students of the school today.

The event was presided over by the Principal, Mr. S. O. Kazeem with the support of the VP (Academic), Mr. Qudus Abari and Mr. Akesinro, E. O. VP (Admin).

The Head of Science Department, Mr. Ajala,T. K. and Mrs.  Emmanuel, the Chemistry Teacher, were also around to speak on Self Determination and Confidence as a criteria for achieving success.

A Visit By The New Tutor-General/Permanent Secretary

Monday 20th March, 2017, the new TG /PS of Education District 3, Mrs. Solarin, M. T. paid an unscheduled visit to the school to address the SSS 3 students as well as teachers to be hard working and shun examination malpractice in the coming WASSCE.

The school's representatives at this year's JABS DAY QUIZ COMPETITION of Eko Akete Senior Grammar School; Adewuyi Suliat, Akewusola Azeezat, Ikwueze Ogechukwu and Eleshinmeta Omolara came third in the competition.

The Arrival Of A New Member Of Staff

A new teacher has been redeployed to the school. He is Mr. Maharufudeen Dehinsilu-Isa, a Government teacher from Ireti Senior Grammar School, Ikoyi.

We all are happy to welcome Mr. Dehinsilu-Isa to the school and pray his stay will with a lot of progress and immeasurable development.
